The Apiary was a bespoke open market development comprising of two detached houses on land formerly used as an Apiary in the rural village location of Maisemore.
Located only two and a half miles from Gloucester City Centre, it is only a short distance to major railway and motorway networks.
Both properties were individually designed to provide a spacious, well designed modern feel, both finished to a high specification.
Maisemore is home to a number of different house types, styles, sizes and periods, specific materials were chosen to construct the new houses in order to complement the local vernacular. The development consists of 2 striking contemporary detached houses for the open market.

Previously, the land was once used by local beekeeping apiaries, which were established in 1953. To keep the history and character of the land the new development was named ‘The Apiary’.
Construction started in Spring 2015 and was completed in February 2016. During the first month, the properties had a very successful Open Day which lead to the sale of both of the homes.
